Sanjay is a Director at Latham, the Pool company, responsible for the Canadian market. Latham is the largest designer, manufacturer, and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand and has coast-to-coast operations consisting of over 30 facilities.
Sanjay is a dynamic business executive with over 3 decades of international leadership experience managing P&L and strategic business growth in three different countries and cultures. He has previously worked at some of the best-known fortune 500 companies like Century Enka, Akzo Noble, Reliance Industries in India, SABIC in Saudi Arabia and INVISTA (formerly DuPont), a Koch industries subsidiary in Canada.
Sanjay was named the top 10 Indian Business Leaders in Canada by CEO Insights magazine in April 2022.
Sanjay is a Project Course advisor for Full time MBA and Executive MBA programs at Smith School of Business at Queens University Kingston, On and their joint executive MBA program with SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.
Sanjay has an interest in real estate and has a real estate investment portfolio and continuing to grow his portfolio.
Sanjay is also President and CEO of his Management consultancy firm SS Jain Enterprises providing consulting expertise to different organizations and market research companies.
Sanjay has a B. Tech. from MD University in Haryana and Masters in Management Sciences (MMS) from University of Pune. He has held Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation in Ontario since 2004.
Sanjay lives in Kingston with his wife Dr. Shalini Jain, a Family Physician, and two daughters. Dr Shalini Jain has a busy family medicine practice in Amherstview Ontario and runs her own clinic Lakeview Medical.
Sanjay is passionate about creating value in society via different means and is looking forward to making a difference in the bilateral relations and need for a strategic partnership between Canada and India at Canada India Foundation.
