Manoj Pundit is a Partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Canada’s largest law firm. He is a member of the firm’s Securities and Capital Markets Group and also the head of the firm’s India Desk.

Manoj serves as counsel on a wide range of securities and corporate transactions including initial public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and investment funds. Manoj’s practice includes structuring and negotiating going public transactions and merger and acquisition deals in the industrial, technology and natural resource sectors. In addition to advising publicly traded companies, Manoj serves as counsel to several successful investment funds. He is involved in promoting the Canada-India trade and investment bridge and serves as counsel in connection with Canada-India cross border transactions.

Manoj has served as a member of the Board of Directors of several private and public corporations. He was previously President of the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce and a member of its Advisory Board.

Manoj received his LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an LL.B. and B.Sc. (Math) from the University of Alberta.
