Karan S. Holla is the Group President of the CSI Group of Companies, a Toronto-based enterprise certified by the Canadian Aboriginal & Minority Supplier Council. With almost 30 years of operational excellence, CSI Group delivers end-to-end enterprise solutions and cutting-edge technology through its global network of companies and divisions. The company serves a diverse, international clientele across multiple sectors and continues to scale rapidly under Karan’s strategic leadership.
Karan is also the Founder of Stash & Co., an award-winning cannabis retail brand with multiple stores across Ontario. Known for redefining the retail cannabis experience, Stash & Co. integrates arts, music, culture, and community while advancing education to end the stigma around cannabis. The brand has earned recognition as one of Canada’s best dispensaries from 2020 to 2022 and was the first in the sector to implement AI technology, an integrated online payment and delivery platform, and a loyalty rewards program.
Widely recognized for his entrepreneurial vision, Karan has been named among the 50 Under 50 Indo-Canadians making a global impact—an honor presented by the High Commissioner and Consul General of India to Canada. He is also a recipient of the Business Elites 40 Under 40 award.
Karan’s commitment extends beyond business into philanthropy, where he supports numerous nonprofit initiatives across Ontario, including food banks, women’s shelters, and organizations within the LGBTQ+ and Indigenous communities. He is a founding member of Men Advancing Philanthropy for Providence Hospital.
