President and Chief Executive Officer, SBI Canada Bank
Joseph is President & CEO of SBI Canada Bank, a subsidiary of State Bank of India, the largest bank in India. From managing SBI’s relationship with the largest corporates in India, to being the CFO & Corporate Secretary of a bank in USA, and now the P&CEO of a Canadian bank, he has strategic, governance, operational and risk experience of over three decades across India, USA, Canada and Panama.
He is a Director on the Board of the bank and on the Advisory Board of the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC). He has earned an MBA from Anna University Chennai and is a certified Corporate Director from the Institute of Corporate Directors and Rotman School of Management. He speaks six languages and is now learning the seventh.
