The Honourable Doug Ford, 26th Premier of Ontario, attended a roundtable with the Canada India Foundation to learn about and discuss business opportunities between Ontario and India. Accompanying the Premier were MPP Deepak Anand, MPP Nina Tangri, MPP Stephen Crawford, and, MPP Effie Triantafilopoulos.
Anil Shah, Chair of the Canada India Foundation, and Satish Thakkar, National Convener, presented a brief history of the Foundation before highlighting the various ways that Ontario and India could increase their business ties.
Canada India Foundation’s Executive team comprising Anil Shah, Chair; Satish Thakkar, National Convener; Pankaj Dave, National Co-Convener; and various Board Members elaborated on the various opportunities of mutual need and benefit that would greatly increase business ties.
