A New York Times bestselling author, Sadhguru is an acclaimed speaker and thought leader who has addressed world forums, top educational institutions like MIT and Harvard, and major global organizations including the United Nations and the World Economic Forum. His insights bridge ancient wisdom with contemporary relevance, offering practical tools for living a profound and impactful life.

Cauvery Calling
Building on the momentum of Rally for Rivers, Cauvery Calling is the world’s largest farmer-driven ecological movement. The initiative aims to support farmers in planting 2.42 billion trees to restore green cover and water retention in the Cauvery basin. To date, 88.5 million living trees have been planted, and 172,600 farmers have been supported in transitioning to sustainable tree-based agriculture.
Sadhguru is a true embodiment of the celebration of life, beyond all the above initiatives, with his active involvement in fields as diverse as architecture, visual design, poetry, painting, sports, music, aviation and motorcycling. Canada India Foundation is proud to recognize his enormous contributions to humanity by presenting him the 2025 CIF Global Indian Award.
