Pankaj Dave is a Canadian citizen of Indian origin and Founder/CEO of Manas International Inc, an international Steel and Metals trading company. With over 20 years in the metal industry, Pankaj has led Manas International to exemplary growth and success.  He has lived and worked on three continents and has actively participated in developing diaspora community organizations. He combines in him a core belief in the Indian wisdom traditions as well as the best of modern age.

“Life is a 100-meter dash”; Pankaj is fond of saying stressing on achieving the most as quickly as possible.

An adherent of ‘Vasudaiv Kutumbkam (World is One)’ philosophy, he finds it easier to maintain his core Indian values while being successful in his personal and professional life in the West.

He has contributed substantially to improving the Canada-India bilateral trade, especially in steel and other related metals business since he adopted Canada as his home.

He has developed excellent business and personal relationships with a large number of the corporate players in Canada and India. Pankaj does not miss an opportunity to serve the community and is known to offer support to causes that help and enhance the image of Indo Canadians.

Pankaj is well-travelled and speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati. He lives in Toronto with his wife Kalpana Dave and two sons, Harsh and Avi.
