Rajinder Minhas-Bal
Born in India, Rajinder Minhas-Bal moved to Canada at a very young age. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Toronto. After graduation she held various positions in the Information Technology Management field for large corporations such as Financial Resources Institute (FRI), Computer Technology Institute (CTI) and Direct Energy.
Rajinder is a leader with over 10 years of professional experience within the software and PC hardware industry. She has developed, managed and maintained the IT activities for worldwide software manufacturers and developers where she was known for her professional presentation, excellent interpersonal, coaching skills and of course her personable nature.
Rajinder is also the owner of RM Software Consultants where she provides consulting services to corporations and small businesses on their IT needs. She has trained over 500 City of Mississauga and Region of Peel employees in the Adult re-education programs in the information technology field. She has commissioned and designed programming applications such as bond pricing systems, trading floor applications, and property management systems. It was there while developing a system for a Real Estate developer for their property management division she developed a passion for the Real Estate Industry and entered the World of Real Estate in 2004. Currently along with her husband Harpreet Bal is running their own Real Estate Brokerage. She specializes in Commercial Real Estate as well as new housing Developments.
In addition to her professional achievements, Rajinder is active in her community, supporting local schools fundraising efforts and helping various charitable organizations. She continues to give back to the community. She is a proud supporter of United Way and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
With Rajinder, whether it is in the field of Information Technology, corporate training, or the Real Estate Industry, she has one aim in mind – to ensure that every project is a thumping success.
